Charming Dinner Party-Inspired Forest Wedding Day at Loloma Lodge

Despite their personal rule of not dating within the workplace, Marjean and Dan started to fall for each other before realizing their company ties and decided to take a chance on love. Luck was on their side as years later they celebrated their relationship with a heartfelt gathering at Loloma Lodge. 

Inspired by the surrounding forest, the wedding day design incorporated earthy tones, the golden glow of light and lush greenery. Grounded yet elevated, the bouquet included peach roses, white lisianthus and vine-y foliage alongside textural nigella pods and dark berries to ensure a rich garden feel. Marjean exuded an understated elegance in a lace cap-sleeve gown with a low back that showcased her tattoos. 

Amidst the towering trees, Marjean and Dan exchanged vows in the soft glow of the setting sun. Guests were then entertained with a custom-crafted crossword filled with clues about the newlyweds and their loving relationship. Lines of picnic tables served as the reception scene, rich with mismatched textures, sweet sunflowers and table runners hand sewn by the bride herself. A cozy atmosphere unfolded for a well-curated dinner with all the charm of a Pacific Northwest camp. The evening ended with an epic silent disco dance party full of fun, making memories that they will cherish for a lifetime.
