Gwyn Rider Events created a dazzling wedding-day design in Bend with models Ren and Cody that brought seaside luxury to White Aspen Creative. A key theme for the day was "coastal vintage," a vision that was realized effortlessly from Esther Rohr's stylized photos to a beautiful array of added details. Much of the design pulled inspiration from the ocean itself, and a carefree coastal ambiance found itself uniquely mixed with elevated vintage touches. Our bride and groom found themselves surrounded by wedding-day delights, with a tea-time, s'mores truck and vintage car serving as some of the focal points for photos.
The design brought a fresh take to the concept of a modern elopement where a meld of classic and trendy elements found themselves intertwined delightfully throughout the setup. Film-style photos solidified the luxurious vintage aura of the day and were a vision of authenticity. Florals were centered around hues of cream and blue, a color palette that was extravagantly beautiful and royally unique. The search for varieties of blue flowers was a challenge, but florist Via Flora Flowers embraced the concept wholeheartedly and brought together a stunning combination of blooms that were reminiscent of ocean waves.
Two wedding cakes from Crumb Cakery found themselves on display, both a unique take on the day's concept. The first was inspired by the ocean, featuring shells and an artistic interpretation of ocean waves. A second cake went all out with opulent piping, a fitting compliment to the vintage car it was showcased near. Our couple popped champagne for a picturesque moment and found themselves elegantly interwoven amongst Oregon's beauty near their own Smores truck. Before the action, an intimate moment between our newlyweds takes place as they sip on tea and get ready for their elopement, where their gorgeous wedding looks are on full display.
Our favorite element from this shoot is undoubtedly the incredibly stylized and effortless feel of the entire design. The team of wedding professionals worked tirelessly to create a coastal ambiance that also integrated the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Film-style photography offered a bold take on the day that captured moments of intimacy and celebration with a cohesive blend of vintage flair and modern allure, a perfect vision of elopement inspiration.
