Aaron and Amanda wed at the Aerie at Eagle Landing in a day that embraced cool tones with elegant décor and a special appearance from some wedding llamas. Many of the details from the wedding had a uniquely ethereal, fairytale feel to them from dramatic florals to a vintage car moment. The ceremony was set in a crisp garden lined with hedges and white arbors that framed two bursting floral arches that served as the altar. The design was kept minimalistic but impactful, with concentrated arrangements at the entrance of the aisle and clean rows of white chairs arranged for guests. Aaron kept things timeless and just a tad whimsical with his look, which featured a deep blue three-piece blue suit and a jacket pocket bursting with florals. Reminiscent of royalty, Amanda opted for a mermaid gown featuring off-the-shoulder tulle sleeves for her wedding day look.
The alfresco reception was beautifully lit by golden hour surrounding the Oregon property. Much of the décor for the day was collected by Amanda, and elevated golden accents were a motif that added a splash of glamour into the day. Tablescapes were balanced with hues of soft blue and peach fuzz, which were framed by white charges lined with gold. The ceremony florals were repurposed to frame our sweetheart table, which also featured a delicate blue runner and dramatic, elevated candles. Animals found themselves woven into the day as well, with the couple paying homage to their four dogs in signage and also with darling pictures. A highlight was a chance for guests as well as Amanda and Aaron to say hi to two wedding llamas that came dressed for the occasion with an adorable take on bridal fashion. The llamas hail from WeddingLlamas, an organization working with certified therapy llamas and alpacas that are available for events. A final photo-op had our couple sneak away from the action for a minute to make their exit in a classic white vintage car with a red leather interior, which drove them off to their official married life.
