Hipster haven, culinary capital, woodsy wonderland—the Rose City’s unique and diverse character inspires three singular celebrations.

Woodland Wonder

At 5,200 acres, Portland’s Forest Park is the largest wooded urban park in the United States; it’s also a beloved spot for communing with nature without leaving the city. To evoke the park’s woodland allure, Bridal Bliss designed this tableau featuring lush greenery, botanical motifs and a nature-inspired menu.

Hand-painted plates add a pop of color to the greenery-rich decor. Plates and water glasses from Anthropologie. Table and flatware from Classic Vintage Rentals in Washougal, Washington. Hipster Heartland

For a reception as quirky, cool and original as Portland itself, the team at Bridal Bliss presents a colorful spin on dive-bar chic.

Beer served in cans and presented in rolled paper bags that double as place cards are a fun and irreverent touch.  A casual menu of fish and chips by Art of Catering sets a relaxed tone. A colorful and quirky floral installation by Swoon Floral Design complements the album-cover backdrop for an exuberantly unconventional vibe.

Culinary Capital

Portland is a culinary destination with a richly diverse dining scene, so it’s no wonder many couples plan receptions that spotlight the best food and drink the city has to offer. Critically acclaimed Ataula in Northwest Portland presents a Spanish-style reception feast sure to delight guests.
