Several details from Jenica and Cody’s
Pendarvis Farm wedding caught our eyes. Although we love the charming color
palette and sweet succulent arrangements, our favorite has to be the ceremony
archway with an eucalyptus and rose garland created by a close friend of the
couple. Not only did guests enjoy live country music and BBQ food, but also had
the convenient option of sleeping at the venue’s campsite. Keep scrolling for a
full vendor list and a note from the bride!
From the Bride:
“Cody and I enjoyed a long engagement, so we had good deal of time to
think about what was important to us on our wedding day. When it came down to
it, we knew that this day would be less about following traditions and more
about taking advantage of the opportunity to celebrate our love with our family
and friends. Pendarvis Farm was a perfect fit for us since we had already
created fond memories there past summers, and their already scenic property
meant that the decorative work needed on our end was limited. We wanted our
wedding to feel natural, fun and reflective of our relationship and ourselves. We
had a rather limited budget, so that definitely played into the DIY aesthetic
that allowed us and our many talented friends and family to get creative with the
detail including the food, cocktails, décor and flowers. One of my favorite
elements of the wedding was being able to use the Woods Stage as our ceremony
location. Not only did the forest offer refuge from the sweltering heat that
day, but also the absolute beauty of that landscape was unbeatable.”
