Whitney and Mitchell enjoy boating on the Willamette River in the summer months, so they knew that Waverley Country Club would be a perfect spot for their dream wedding amid blue skies, 360-degree views and boats cruising the river in the background. Their celebration was full of thoughtful details and touches from start to finish. Throughout their relationship, Mitchell has always surprised Whitney with flowers. To recall a similar feeling, Mitchell handed Whitney her bouquet during their first look on their wedding day—a sentimental, sweet moment. The groom even had a “first look” with his mom and sisters. Wildflowers continued to a stunning cake meadow holding a classic all-white confection from Papa Haydn, a place the family would always buy special occasion cakes.
