“A staple trend that still holds strong year over year is family-style dinner service. It evokes a true feeling of celebration and connection between the guests and the meal in an elevated way without feeling overly stuffy or casual. It sparks conversation and creates warmth during the reception, plus the tablescape can be elegant and inviting, which adds to the overall style and feel of the day.” —Katie Kearn, general manager

“Right now, we are all about charcuterie coupes. In lieu of charcuterie grazing tables at some venues where bees or heat can be a major factor, we have done these both passed and as little charcuterie towers—think champagne tower but with snacks instead of bubbles. They’re also so much easier for guests to pick up and go since they’re already individually portioned, allowing them to spend more time mingling and less time plating at the grazing station. They’re fun, adorable and super practical.” —Ashley Hunt, owner

“We are getting a lot of requests for plant-based healthy options, lean meats and inquiries for different cuisines such as Pan-Asian, Mexican, Italian and Mediterranean. Couples are adopting a more flexible approach, emphasizing quality over quantity, while prioritizing sustainability and embracing guests’ food restrictions. We’re moving away from standardized meals in favor of tailored approaches, including flavorful grazing tables, fully customized food stations and signature drinks that reflect their unique style.” —Sanda Costello, founder

“A wedding trend we’re thoroughly enjoying is creative grazing tables. A natural riff on the increased popularity of charcuterie boards, grazing tables allow the caterer and client to create a visual statement piece well in advance of the wedding cake. Grazing tables create a sense of abundance and give the hosts an opportunity to insert creative culinary touches for their guests.” —Katie Arnold, director of accounts

“Our current favorite wedding trend is late-night bites that have a deeper meaning to the couple. One of our couples from New York decided to have a hot dog tower available for their guests!” —Abby Rodriguez, sales and events manager
