"The Parent Trap" Inspired Enchanting Garden Party Wedding Day at The Allison Inn & Spa

Amidst the August sunshine, Jacqui and Jeff drew inspiration from their favorite movie, The Parent Trap, to craft a whimsical English-style garden party in the lush elegance of the Napa Valley. The stunning watercolor invitation suite set the tone for an event brimming with romance, intentional details and verdant décor, which culminated perfectly at The Allison Inn & Spa. Guests meandered down the path to the ceremony space and were greeted by signage displaying fun facts about the couple, building the anticipation to see their love take the next step. Blooms in ethereal shades of pink, delicate yellow and soft whites sprouted playfully from woven baskets and draped tactfully from the altar space while an abundance of petals lined the aisle. Jacqui floated down the aisle in a floral-adorned gown while the song "Turning Page" wafted softly through the air - a nod to her love of the Twilight movies. Following the ceremony, the violinist lead Jeff and Jacqui's loved ones to cocktail hour, a cooling station posted halfway through the walk where lavender-laced ice towels, sunglasses and parasols were offered in respite to the hot summer sun. The lush garden ambiance was brought indoors for the reception, where draped white fabric intertwined with vines, muted pink candles offered romantic lighting, and a black and luxe lounging furniture offered a welcoming vibe for the evening ahead. A stunning hand-painted watercolor wedding cake stole the show and offered a full circle reference back to their elegant invitation suite. Jacqui and Jeff reveled in their final moments of their wedding with a private last dance before a grand sparkler exit - setting an exciting tone for the beginning of the rest of their lives together.
