Your Perfect Bridesmaid

About

Your Perfect Bridesmaid is a team of wedding planners & designers serving Portland, OR, Seattle, WA and the surrounding PNW.

We believe that every couple should have a piece of mind not just on the wedding day, but throughout the planning process. One size does not fit all when it comes to a wedding, and we offer packages based on how involved you’d like to be in the planning process.

We tailor our planning process to fit your needs, your budget and your vision. From the moment we partner together, we help guide you to the best fitting vendors who will help you achieve your desired style, using our 14 years of experience in the wedding industry. We listen to your story, priorities and values and craft a timeline that creates a day that you want to experience. With our design packages, we take your Pinterest board and turn it into a cohesive design using local vendors. And come the day-of, we know you’ll feel the value of a piece of mind and a great timeline when you realize you and your family won’t have to lift a finger.

If this is the planning process and day that you imagine, let’s schedule a consultation to see how we can help you achieve your dream.

Planning a wedding from across the country, during a pandemic could have been incredibly stressful. Partnering with YPB helped to provide overall comfort and alleviate many of those concerns before stressors even popped up. Nicole from YPB brought all of our wedding dreams and visions to life. When my (now) husband and I first spoke with Kim, we were blown away by her experience and knowledge in the wedding industry. She has put together an amazing team. We could not have asked for a better Lead Coordinator, Nicole. She was so patient and kind through all of my bridezilla moments. She listened and was available to advise on short notice throughout the planning process. 08.21.21 was hands down, the best day of our lives. It would not have been possible without Nicole and the YPB team. If anything did not go according to plan the day of our wedding, we are completely unaware. We cannot recommend YPB enough.

We were paired with Ashley B. for our wedding and it couldn't have been a better match. Ashley heard what our vision was and made only the best suggestions/recommendations from what ideas may or may not work to vendors, all of which were excellent. Day of Ashley and Emily kept everything running smooth, if there was a a problem on our big day my wife and I never found out about it!

Hiring YPB was the best decision we made for our celebration! Laura was very helpful and reassuring on every step of our planning process. She gave awesome suggestions when we were doing a lot of DIY with the designs. She took our vision and executed it perfectly! I highly recommended them!

Wow, our daughter's day was truly magical. I can't define the amount of detail that is covered by the talented crew at YPB. I used to think that I would love to be a wedding coordinator but after seeing what they do, I don't think I could do it!! There is WAY more involved than I ever imagined and I did not realize how many weddings they juggle at the same time. Dena and the YPB crew especially made "the day of" beautiful and relaxing and were so accommodating and attentive to the newlyweds and the families. Completely worth the expense!!!
