Erin Anderson and Charlotte Weller’s wedding weekend perfectly reflected the duality of the couple’s interests with a warm, intimate ceremony followed by a lively dinner and dance party. The happy couple wanted to honor both their love for the outdoors and their passion for exploring city life with a two-day excursion, each day inspired by their complementary hobbies. Under an overcast sky, Charlotte and Erin’s vision for a cozy ceremony came to life on the verdant grounds of Rex Hill Winery. Erin and Charlotte opted for unique textures and color combinations when it came to their floral arrangements. Romantic blooming dahlias, roses and zinnias were paired with playful ornamental kale, amaranth and smoke bush in color-blocked hues of burgundy, bright pink and creamsicle orange. Charlotte’s black satin puff-sleeved gown contrasted beautifully against Erin’s whimsical floral lace, a visual representation of their dynamic personalities. Their tear-jerking ceremony, framed by moody florals, was followed by a simple cocktail hour, during which guests reveled in the newlyweds’ love. The following day, elegant signage stated, “Join us at the Love Club,” inviting Charlotte and Erin’s loved ones for an evening of dinner, drinks and dancing. Soft shades of sage served as an accent, gracing the tablescape and custom matchboxes. Embroidered hats, heart-shaped sunnies and light-up foam sticks were offered as accessories for the dance floor. After a lively dinner and dancing, Erin and Charlotte gifted their guests with custom cookies showcasing their beloved pet as a sweet ending to their day.
