Brides-to-be, along with the rest of the world, do not get enough sleep. Did you know adults need an average of seven to nine hours a night to function properly? Headaches, short attention span and a lack of energy can really put a damper on your busy day. And yet, you're so worried about every little detail that you can't seem to unwind, right? We, too, have had a stressful last few weeks working on the mag, so did a little research. Luckily, we found there are plenty of ways to (home) remedy the solution:
1. Say NO to naps during the day. Save all your sleepiness for bed time. Besides, who has time for naps with all the vendors you're meeting with?
2. Exercise. Not only will you look great in your wedding dress, but you'll sleep like a baby.
3. Set aside a "quiet" or "meditation" time before bed every night. Focus on a worry-free honeymoon
4. Drink Chamomile tea. It will help you feel more relaxed so you can sleep better and feel ready to take on that big ol' wedding planner book in the morning!
Cheers to sweet dreams and bright-eyed mornings!
