The Couple: Dea, a University of Idaho alum, met Matt while he was in school at Washington State University. When he was hired as a software engineer at Jive in Portland, she began looking for jobs in the city and quickly found a place at Yahoo! and joined her groom-to-be in their newly adopted city.
The Design: These techy Portland transplants opted to let their love for the city shine through in the details of their wedding. A jaw-dropping chalk illustration of Mount Hood set the tone for the reception area, while miniature burlap sacks hand-filled by the bridal party with succulents and soil graced the reception tables.
