MARRIED IN OREGON: With most of their guests traveling here from 14 different states, Maren and Patrick wanted to incorporate the iconic “Made in Oregon” sign in their decor, but with an “M & P” design including custom drink coozies, welcome bags and the seating chart. And of course, the couple made sure to serve local wine, craft beer and Pendleton Whiskey.
LUCK OF THE IRISH: Following the “something old” and “something borrowed” tradition, Maren carried Patrick’s grandmother’s scarf in her grandmother’s vintage purse. The bride also wrapped lace from her mother’s wedding dress around the bouquet. “My parents have been married for 43 years, so I know it will bring good luck,” says Maren.
