Although Demi and Travis' wedding was sunny with a side of rain, they were all smiles at their pink and peach celebration. After all, we live in Oregon! Inspired by their shared love for the outdoors, the bride and groom chose the rustic setting of Mt. Hood Bed & Breakfast as their venue. "After visiting Mt. Hood Bed & Breakfast for the first time, we realized immediately this venue complemented both of our passions - mountains and horses - perfectly," says Demi. The day of our wedding the sun was shining, Mt Hood was peeping through the clouds, and the weather was warm with a slight breeze. We took advantage of the sun and decided to get the majority of our photos done. The ceremony approached quickly and it was time to GET MARRIED! I saw my stunningly handsome groom standing at the altar waiting for me. My dad grabbed my arm, gave me a kiss on the cheek, and we started walking. As I was walking I felt a raindrop on my shoulder. And before we knew it, it was a torrential downpour! It was freezing, everybody was soaking wet, with a few people running for cover. But our eyes were locked, my hands in his, and we were in our own bubble. We felt as if the rain was a blessing - the beginning of our lifelong journey together. The rain turned out to be one of the most memorable and meaningful moments of our wedding - truly "Oregonian."
