Josh and I met in high
school. While we stumbled our way through what was as serious as a high school
relationship can be, we knew we had something special. Our relationship
continued into college and beyond. Needless to say, we have experienced plenty
of trials, excitement and joy. In November of 2015, Josh asked me to go walk
along the riverfront of downtown Portland, where he led me down to the dock to
propose. Ever since that moment, I was so excited to plan my dream wedding. As
November drew to a close, we had made all of the major decisions such as the
date, venue and photographer. Then it was time for the details and design!
We kept the details simple and classy with a focus on the reception area, barn
lighting, and of course, the dessert bar! We loved the venue so much that
we wanted to pick details and decorations that complimented its natural beauty.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.
